XD She's a killer!

Anyway...I did the drawing last week as a sketch. It wasn't going to be anything, but I got bored and did this shitty, half-assed background. I'll eventually make it look like I didn't just throw it together in ten minutes (which I did...), but thought I'd put it up.

Materials;
Sketch - Oil Pastels and 0.5 mech. pen.
Background - Paint Shop Pro 8.0.

Time;
Sketch - three minutes
Background - ten minutes, give or take.

Mwaha. I hate Hello Kitty.
